Every item at Random Animated World is made to order production starts as soon as you place your order. Because of this, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges simply for a change of mind or an incorrect size selection. Please check our size guide on each product page before ordering.

Damaged, Misprinted, or Wrong Item

We stand behind the quality of every order. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or isn't the item or size you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery using the contact form on our site. Include your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll send you a free replacement or issue a refund.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Because production begins quickly after an order is placed, we can only accommodate cancellations or changes to size, color, or shipping address within 12 hours of checkout. Contact us right away through the contact form if you need to make a change.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
