Production Time

Every item at Random Animated World is made to order. Please allow 2 to 3 business days for production before your order ships.

Shipping and Delivery

All orders ship free. Once your order ships, delivery typically takes up to 9 business days depending on your location, for a total estimated time of production plus shipping. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Availability

Shipping times above apply to the destinations available at checkout. If your address requires international shipping, delivery may take longer due to customs clearance, and any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Delays

Occasionally, high order volume, holidays, or carrier delays can extend these windows. We'll notify you by email if we expect a significant delay.

Lost or Missing Packages

If tracking shows your order as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors and your local carrier facility, then contact us using the contact form on our site within 14 days so we can help.
